Who is Marisol Varela!?

Marisol Varela is a University of La Verne Economics major and a student-athlete on the university’s swim team. She balances her studies with a wide range of professional experiences, including working as a Los Angeles City lifeguard, coaching swim teams, and managing operations for a tattoo shop in LA. Known for her strong communication skills, ability to connect with others, and strategic mindset, she thrives in leadership roles and environments where organization and teamwork are essential. Her journey from community college to ULV on scholarship reflects her resilience, ambition, and commitment to growth.

Alongside academics and athletics, Marisol brings creativity and initiative to her work, whether it’s developing polished Excel models for her business classes, planning service events with Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity, or designing custom visuals and websites that reflect her entrepreneurial drive.
